So we were assigned to this company with our home warrantee. Nosotros looked at the reviews with fear and low expectations. They requite us a full twenty-four hours window which didn't thrill united states. They did phone call first thing in the morning and we ended up being the first chore of the day. My father in constabulary came over to "supervise" since nosotros were a bit worried nearly the service to expect and he idea the serviceman (Alberto) seemed to really know what he was doing. He fixed the problem in a few hours and checked out the residual of a fairly old unit of measurement to brand certain the other things were fine. Pleased with the service provided.

I meet the 1 star reviews and don't sympathize if the people who wrote them ever had anyone else service them. It's San Antonio in the summer of grade you are going to wait. If you remember any company is going to be out at that place the same 24-hour interval with the right parts your basics. My communication is do some enquiry yourself on your AC unit so that y'all know what they are doing and if it'due south within reason. Repairing your AC is going to be expensive no matter what only all you can ask for is honesty and that's what this company did for me. It took three days to set my Air-conditioning but every bit a educated person I was already expecting that. And then the three days isn't their fault. Call the company afterwards doing your inquiry and understand that its going to be expensive no matter what. If you lot can ask for Roger!!!! Ralph is expert besides!

I had a great experience with Chris today. He was professional and courteous. I used this company through my Erstwhile Commonwealth Extended Warranty Service. I read the other comments and am really surprised. Overall, the service was really adept.
